TANZANIA SAFARIS
Our Tanzania Safaris
Tour of the Ngorongoro Crater:
This UNESCO World Heritage Site features a one-of-a-kind biosphere that has remained virtually unchanged since the beginning of time. There are very few places in the world that have such a diverse wildlife population all year. You have a good chance of seeing ‘The Big 5’: lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard, deep within the Crater, surrounded by towering walls. Other wildlife includes serval cats, cheetahs, jackals, Grant’s and Thompson’s gazelles, flamingos, and bat-eared foxes, as well as over 400 different bird species.
Zanzibar Beaches Tour:
The tropical island of Zanzibar is one of a kind and a popular vacation destination after a safari on Tanzania’s mainland. Zanzibar Island tour is a jewel in the ocean, surrounded by some of the world’s best beaches. Swim, snorkel, or simply relax for an hour while shoals of luminous fish graze over nearby coral gardens and pods of dolphins frolic offshore. The picturesque capital city of Stone Town, with its impressive buildings and lively markets, the tropical rainforest of Jozani in the island’s center, and, of course, the many beautiful beaches.
1). Visit Stone town For Safari Tour;
A tour of Stone Town is a must-do during your stay on Zanzibar Island. This lovely city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site for a reason! What distinguishes Stone Town? Consider spices in vibrant markets and the urban sprawl of historic structures, shops, offices, apartment blocks, crowded slums, and middle-class neighborhoods. You can spend hours wandering through the historic quarter’s maze of narrow streets, easily losing yourself in centuries of history. Each turn reveals something new – a former palace, a Persian bathhouse, a crumbling ruin, a coral-stone mansion with carved doors and latticework balconies, or a school full of children chanting verses from the Quran.
2).Spice tour;
The Spice Tour is one of Zanzibar’s most popular excursions. Because the island is also known as Spice Island, you can imagine Zanzibar was a major producer of spices. Spices and herbs were brought to Zanzibar by Portuguese traders from their colonies in South America and India in the 16th century. Consider mass production of clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon. The Spice tour takes you to an organic spice farm (Shamba) with a diverse array of plants. It’s fascinating to learn how some seemingly innocuous plants turn out to be lemongrass, vanilla, cardamom, and so on. You will see how spices, herbs, and fruits grow and are cultivated, as well as how the crops can be used. You can smell and taste spices, herbs, and tropical fruits like clove, lemongrass, nutmeg, cinnamon, turmeric, vanilla, and coconuts, as well as papaya, chili, black pepper, jackfruit, cardamom, cassava, and oranges.
3). Safari Snorkeling and Scuba Diving Tour;
The Zanzibar archipelago is surrounded by coral reefs hidden in the sparkling blue waters of the Indian Ocean, making it ideal for snorkeling and diving. Tanzania has over 900 miles (1400 kilometers) of coastline that is lapped by the warm Indian Ocean. The coral reefs on Zanzibar vary in quality. While some spots are accessible from the continent, the best snorkeling spots are mostly found off the coast, particularly in the archipelago. Mnemba Island and Chumbe Island Coral Park are both protected areas where visitors can enjoy the most spectacular sea beds.
Many lodges in Zanzibar’s north and north-east will do many of their dives at Mnemba Island, so it’s not a quiet reef, but you’ll see shoals of blue surgeonfish, lionfish, clownfish in their anemones, giant clams, and, if you’re lucky, turtles and small white tip reef sharks. As a lover of the vibrant underwater world, you must visit the tiny Chumbe Island, which boasts some of the best coral gardens in the world thanks to historical preservation. The only way to visit is through Chumbe Island Lodge, and in order to preserve the reefs, only snorkeling guided by one of the lodge teams is permitted. The relatively unknown reefs of the Menai Bay Conservation Area are very different, but equally appealing.
These are relatively untouched because there has been little development, and there are currently only a few lodges here.
4). Jozani Forest Safari Tour;
Jozani Chwaka Bay National Park or, in a nutshell, Jozani Forest is Zanzibar’s only national park. Despite its small size (50 km2 (19 sq mi), it is a lovely and peaceful place to visit! The Jozani forest is a natural pharmacy, a treasure trove of natural remedies! Every plant or tree has the ability to heal something. What makes the Jozani forest tour so beautiful is the incredible height of the trees and palms! Jozani is also known for its rare red Colobus monkeys, which are not afraid of being photographed!
The Zanzibar Sykes’ monkey is a very rare monkey species that is unique to Zanzibar. Along with Red Columbus Monkeys, you can expect to see Bushbaby, 50 different butterfly species, and 40 different bird species. To protect wildlife, walking off the paths without an official guide is not permitted. The forest is traversed by a network of various nature trails. The main trail begins at the park’s entrance and takes approximately an hour to walk. A knowledgeable local will be your forest guide to support community benefits. On the other side of the park, he will lead you through the forest and mangrove area paths. He introduces various plant and tree species and discusses their medicinal properties.

Lake Manyara National Park Safari Tour.
Lake Manyara National Park is one of Tanzania’s lesser-known and underappreciated parks. While it lacks the size and diversity of other northern-circuit destinations, its vegetation is diverse and stunning. There are 11 ecosystems in total, ranging from savannah to marshland to Tanzania’s only evergreen rainforest. Baboons and other interesting animals can be found in the forest, while flamingos, pelicans, and other water birds can be found in the lake (except during the rainy season).
Birders adore Lake Manyara National Park tours because the large lake provides opportunities to see over 300 migratory birds. The long-crested eagle, grey-headed kingfisher, and other birds found nowhere else in Tanzania are among them. The park has one of the world’s highest biomass densities of large mammals. The possibility of seeing elephant families moving through the forest, as well as Lake Manyara’s famous population of tree-climbing lions, are reason enough to visit this park.
1) Lake Manyara National Park Game drive Safari Tour;
Lake Manyara National Park is a magnificent terrain and one of Tanzania’s smaller wilderness enclaves. You and your ranger will explore the park’s diverse habitats together. The beautiful Lake Manyara, which covers two-thirds of the park with liquid depths, provides the park with a good reliable water supply all year round. As a result, the animals here are in excellent condition, making wildlife viewing very exciting.
You’ll take a break on the lakeshore to admire the various bird species and look for a pink flamingo. Mountainsides, marshlands, woodlands, grassy areas, and hot springs make up the rest of the Lake Manyara ecosystem. In search of wildlife, you will primarily drive through acacia woodlands, grassy floodplains, and tall forests, including the famous tree-climbing lions and large elephant family herds! During your game drives, don’t forget to take in the stunning and varied scenery of this park. You might even see the famous tree-climbing lions if you’re lucky!
2). Lake Manyara National Park Night Game drive Safari Tours;
A whole new world of animal species (nocturnal) awaits you on a night game drive. It gives you a different perspective of the park and wildlife. Lake Manyara is the ideal location for this activity for the many different ecosystems found in the park. The area is a melting pot for all types of animals and plants – with the lake, the rift valley cliffs, groundwater forest, Ngorongoro highlands, and the dry Tarangire system all close by.
The less visible animals are usually active at night, and Lake Manyara National Park is teeming with them! The forest is frequented by porcupines, genets, and civet cats. Hippos are nocturnal animals, so you’re likely to see a lot of them grazing on the side of the road. You are probably aware that seeing the elusive and solitary Leopards is not common. However, keep your eyes peeled on the night game drive because any eyes glowing in the dark could be one of those rare cats! Lion sightings are becoming more common, and where lions are mostly sleeping during the day, they are almost always active at night.
3). Lake Manyara National Park Walking Tour;
You enter Lake Manyara National Park in the afternoon. This is a small but stunning park with stunning views, excellent game viewing, and an incredible variety of birdlife. You may see zebra, baboons, warthogs, giraffes, impalas, elephants, hippopotamuses, wildebeests, and the rare tree-climbing lions. Enjoy a short walk along the Great Rift Valley’s edge, with stunning views of Lake Manyara and the National Park below. A knowledgeable guide will teach you more about plants, insects, birds, and small mammals.
4). Best time to visit Lake Manyara National Park?
Lake Manyara National Park is open all year, but the best time to visit is during the dry season of January and February, as well as from late May to October.
