Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our professional driver-guide. After a brief introduction and safari briefing, you will be transferred to your hotel in Entebbe for relaxation and an overnight stay as you prepare for the adventure ahead.

Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
After breakfast, begin your scenic drive to Murchison Falls National Park. En route, you’ll stop at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a thrilling on-foot rhino tracking experience, the only place in Uganda where you can see rhinos in the wild. After lunch, proceed to Murchison Falls National Park, home to Uganda’s most powerful waterfall and abundant wildlife.

Day 3: Game Drive and Boat Cruise on the Nile
Rise early for a morning game drive on the northern bank of the park. Expect sightings of giraffes, lions, elephants, buffaloes, and various antelope species. In the afternoon, embark on a boat cruise along the Nile to the base of the thunderous Murchison Falls, where you’ll witness crocodiles, hippos, and birdlife like the African fish eagle.

Day 4: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
After breakfast, you’ll leave Murchison and begin your journey southwards to Kibale Forest National Park, often referred to as the primate capital of the world. This scenic drive takes you through tea plantations and local communities, offering a glimpse of rural Uganda.

Day 5: Chimpanzee Habituation Experience
Today, embark on a full-day chimpanzee habituation experience in Kibale Forest. Unlike regular chimp tracking, this immersive activity allows you to spend up to 6 hours with a chimpanzee community undergoing habituation, observing their behavior and social interactions from dawn to dusk.

Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Day 8: Proceed to Ishasha Sector – Search for Tree-Climbing Lions
Today, head south to the remote Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, famous for its tree-climbing lions often seen lounging in fig trees. Enjoy an en-route game drive as you explore this lesser-known gem of the park.

Day 9: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park
After breakfast and a short morning game drive, continue your journey to the misty jungles of Bwindi, home to nearly half the world’s population of mountain gorillas. The scenic drive through the Kigezi highlands offers incredible views of terraced hills and local villages.

Day 10: Gorilla Trekking & Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
Today marks a highlight of your safari, mountain gorilla trekking in Bwindi. After a briefing at the park headquarters, venture into the forest in search of a gorilla family. The trek can be challenging but deeply rewarding as you spend an awe-inspiring hour with these gentle giants. Afterward, drive to Lake Bunyonyi, a serene lake surrounded by terraced hills.

Day 11: Explore Lake Bunyonyi
Spend a relaxing day at Lake Bunyonyi. Take a guided canoe ride to visit historical islands like the Punishment Island, go birdwatching, hike the surrounding hills, or simply enjoy the tranquility and cool breeze of the lake.

Day 12: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park

Day 13: Walking Safari and Transfer to Entebbe International Airport
